This builder goes from area to area. Once they've become known for who they are, they move on. Check out the reviews for Homes of Integrity @ Mosswood. I'm glad to see there are real reviews finally being posted on here. Kaitlin was an employee, and three of the other five star reviewers aren't even homeowners of a home built by Homes of Integrity, nor have they ever been.
